BAM - Lost and Found

I've lost track of what number I'm on but I've found a rythym and stride in my daily practice. I'm freshly home from a trip of getting to find myself while getting lost to the rythym of backpacking, camping, and traveling by map. Here's some of what I've been up to in no particular order.

A sketch of a rock that sheltered our riverside campsite in the Red River Gorge in Kentucky.

A page I brought to the tables where my students worked so I could do little demos to help answer their questions.

Super quick sketches from the road. It was fun to work quickly and geaturally while the landscape shifted through the car window.

More quick study in the car. I like the little cow blobs.

Tea shop doodles in Bloomington, IN.

The cutest little cafe. Still need to finish this one. Started while we waited for the MOST delicious breakfast in Nashville, IN. Took some photos so I can get back to it later.

Painting in the car with my little water brush. It reminded me of the start of it all almost four years ago on our honeymoon.

Today I rushed a little. I'm tired and a little road weary. It's been a great day of getting things taken care of after the trip and gearing up to go back to work tonight. I hope that was all the things...
